Choosing a registration method
BetWinner offers four ways to open an account, and all of them end in the same place. Phone registration is the natural choice in The Gambia: it needs only a number with the +220 code and an SMS code, and the number then doubles as your login.
| Method | You enter | You log in with |
|---|---|---|
| By phone | Number, currency, SMS code | Phone number or account ID |
| One click | Country and currency | Generated ID and password |
| By email | Personal details, email, password | Email or account ID |
| Social networks | Access to an existing profile | The same profile |
Sign-up by phone, step by step
The whole process takes about a minute on a phone.
- Open the bookmaker's site or app and tap Registration.
- Select the phone tab and enter your number with +220.
- Choose Gambia and GMD. The currency is fixed once the account exists.
- Request the SMS code and type it in.
- Pick the sports bonus, the casino package or no bonus, and add a promo code if you have one.
- Confirm that you are 18 or older, accept the terms and finish.
Verification with a Gambian ID
Verification confirms that the account belongs to a real adult and that the payment method is yours. It is usually requested with the first withdrawal. A national ID card, passport or driving licence is accepted; a utility bill or a photo of the payment method may be asked for too.
Checks normally take from a few hours to three working days. Blurred photos and names that differ from the profile are the main causes of delay.
One person may hold one account. Duplicate registrations are closed, and bonuses on them are cancelled.
