Depositing in dalasi
Open the cashier from the button next to the balance. Only the methods available for The Gambia and for a GMD account are shown. Pick one, enter the amount and confirm on the provider's side. Mobile money and card deposits are usually credited within minutes, and the minimum is about €1 in dalasi equivalent.
Withdrawing
- Open the cashier and switch to the withdrawal tab.
- Choose the method you used to deposit.
- Enter the amount and your wallet or account details.
- Confirm, with a code if two-factor authentication is on.
- Follow the status in the transaction history.
The minimum starts at about €1.50 in dalasi equivalent and is higher for bank transfers. The bookmaker normally charges no fee of its own, though your wallet or bank might.
Rules worth knowing
Money goes back to the method used for the deposit wherever possible. The payment method must be in your own name; third-party payments are refused and can get the account frozen. The first payout normally waits for identity verification, and later ones to an already verified method move much faster.
Why a payout is delayed
Nearly always one of these:
- the account is not verified yet;
- a bonus is still being wagered;
- the deposit was not played through at least once;
- the name on the payment method differs from the account;
- the request fell on a weekend or public holiday.
If the status shows processed and nothing has arrived after the stated time, send support the transaction number.
